I’ve been at this now for almost a full month with two months prior of partial build up months. I think I am experiencing shrinkage and it’s messing with my head. It’s that or I am getting used to my post PE size, which is usually 1/4” length and girth thanks to some some light pumping between jelq sets. When that temporary size increase goes away I feel tiny. It’s crazy that 1/4” especially in girth feels like that big of a difference. Because I can’t keep that size I get all depressed and feel tiny. Any words of wisdom?

1/4” additional girth is really noticable while wanking (and I guess for your gal, too) ;)

Anyways.. You just have to keep at it (lightly, just as you are doing it right now.. or so I read it) and your penis will adapt to the bigger post-workout size.
This “cementing” is a big word around here, with lots of ideas on how to transfer post-workout gain into real gain.

Never get depressed over your penis, this way your penis sabotages your life. Start cementing like ys suggested and continue with your routine. It gives you gains, be glad it does. There are plenty of guys who want to trade with you :) .

Hehe, on a sidenote, I had the same “woow what girth” post-workout experience..
The emotional kick I got from simply grabbing my wheener ;) was feeling very well.. and thus I was kinda disappointed when it didn’t stay that way for long.
I took that great feeling and put it into finding a more refined PE routine (that’s suited to myself, being a lazy wanker usually) and I got pretty promising results from it.

Think about how great your dick looked and felt right after the workout.
And put this feeling to good use when you may be getting a little discouraged..
After all PE works, you just have to stick with it (and integrate your dick into your body as in “My dick is MY dick, a part of MY body.. And PE works”) :)
