I started PEing back in mid june of this year. I started by jelqing and manual streching with renewed enthusiasm for life when I found this site. It took me about 2 months to become a memeber, but I have visited this site daily since june.

I did newbie PEing for maybe a 1 month (with no gains besides harder erections) before I got bored and started exploring. I made a homemade vac hanger in july (probably way too soo) and hanged 2.5 lbs for about 2 weeks with no injuries. From there I went up to 5 lbs for proably 1 month. Started light clamping after 2 months. Still no real growth.

I am currently at between 7.5 and 10 lbs about 4 times a week for 10-15 minutes or when ever my suction rips off my vac hanger. I can’t get it to stay on for more than 10 min at 10 lbs. I jelg on average 3 times a week, and have been clamping probably 3 times a week

I still have not gained any real gains, maybe 1/16th length and 1/4” on girth in 5 1/2 months? Why? I never had injuries and I would say if anyhting I may have over trained a bit too early. Shouldn’t I be having some kind of newbie gains by now? Should I take time off or train harder? I wouldn’t say I am in early noob stages cause it’s been 5 1/2 months now and it’s quiet spongier now than it was in june. I can’t really hang more times a day cause it’s such a process to contruct my vac hanger, besides it rips and distorts my dick everytime I use it.

I need some growth soon cause I am really losing faith in my goals.

There are members like ss4jelq and lost guitar who did PE over an year before they saw their first gains. Some guys are lucky and will gain quickly while others have to wait for it.

What I would do is do a search for my length and girth routine and give it a shot for the upcoming three months. It gave me big gains, the same can happen to you.

Honestly, I think that you need to be hanging for at least 1 hour (not including breaks) five days a week to see some visible gains. Perhaps you should invest in another hanger.

Also, just remember that this stuff takes time and dedication. I did hardcore manual exercises nearly every day for over a year before I gained a half inch. It was after that, when I started hanging with the Bib hanger, did I make my big gains.

If this was easy, everyone would be walking around with an 8” dick. Keep your head up and be persistent. You are still very early into the journey. Gains will come with time and patience. Good luck!

Did I start out to gung ho with clamping and hanging after 2 months?

Also, I can’t hang for more than 15 min before my glands starts hurting and cold, also the skin usually gives free from the suction of the hanger.

Which hanger should I invest in? How much?

Who said the process was fast? Look where I started and how much I’ve gained. Yet I am very excited about my gains, Imagine where I will be in two years of P.E, at 21 the benefits, mainly mental, will effect the rest of life. I’m very excited.

I did gain only slightly ,in the length department, from the newbie routine. I’ve been only clamping for about 5 months and that’s where my girth gains have come from.

I had great results using the Bib hanger. But the learning curve was steep, it took a few months to get used to it and find the proper settings. I hear the vacum hanger is really good (the one on the extender webiste—do a search). Good Luck!

i guess i’ll just keep plugging away, what else can i do? i just hate hearing someone that gains a 1/2 inch in the month or 2.

Any one who gains that quickly is just lucky for having good genetics. It took me a year to gain 1” of lenght & 1/2” girth. I was putting in 1-2 hours of PE a day 5-6 days per week. It took me over 3 months to make any gains at all, because I was over training (Hanging & jelqing 1-2 hrs 7 days per week) I started taking 2 days per week off and the gains started to come. I would say that 90% of the guys doing PE gain very slowly.
