Discouraged by 3.97" starting EG. Help

Started 6.22" erect length, and 3.97" erect girth. I have gained a little bit of girth (~0.13") since starting, but no matter what I feel bad about it.

Every relationship/hook up I have had it hasn’t mattered, and the worst comment I have received is "it is not choddy at all". I get positive feedback and am confident I am a good love, but I still want to proud of my penis, and to impressive woman with it.

I can’t stop comparing myself to others. With the average girth being around 4.8-5 inches I am well below average. Even if I had amazing PE success according to the data from thunders the average starting girth is 5.0" and girth gains are on average 0.2854 with standard deviation of ~0.35. This means I would need to be two standard deviations from the mean in girth gains just to be have average girth. This is very discouraging to me.

Do you think starting size positively or negatively influences the likely-hood of gaining girth?

Does anyone have any success stories starting out with a very small girth?

All I can say is it takes time. It can be done. I started very thin. Thin enough that my erections easily bent. And…in time that changed.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I started at 4.4” girth and after 5 years of a fairly aggressive pumping program, gained over one inch in girth.

Definitely possible. And more likely than you think - IF you put in the time and effort and dedication over years to get there. The average and standard deviation of gains in the database includes all the datapoints of guys who stopped halfway, and even guys who barely got started on their PE journeys. If you commit to going all the way to 5”EG, or even beyond if you want it, you can get there. You will be in a whole other dataset. One that doesn’t actually exist, but where the average gains are double. Time and effort.

It needs time and patience. I started july ‘15, I got some early gains and then nothing…
I am on average girth and i don’e like it…
I took a long break and now I am back on it with only 2-3 days a week and I feel that I have some more gains.
I haven’t messured yet for psycology reasons…

You will have to expirement a lot to find what suits your body. Just be patient and don’t wait to se results over a night.

My advice is stop competing and comparing yourself to others. The only dick that matters is yours, and you certainly can make that bigger. Each eighth you gain becomes much more rewarding when you view it in this light versus trying to play catch up.

The process is slow. Accept what you have, even be thankful. This is a personal journey and the last thing you want is to be in limbo for the next four years while you’re growing your dick.

Enjoy your girth a 4”. Than enjoy it at 4 1/8th, and so on down the line. Who knows where you’ll get, but have fun getting there and be thankful for what you have and that you now know we can grow these things. GL

Yes, take your time, work through the exercises, and figure out what works for you. I started out with a girth of 4.5 or so (I suspect it was actually more like 4.3) and now am regularly at 5.7-5.75. I first did PE in 1998, but most of that girth gain has come in the past 2 1/2 years; I am in my late 50s.

For me, the best girth exercises have been plumped bends, clamping, and somewhat modified horses, but I have tried lots of others. Take it slowly, and as they say, “listen to your cock.”

I started years ago with no real consistency. Things have gotten longer & thicker over the years even with the inconsistency on my part. I remember being embarrassed do to my short pencil dong. I am still less than average in girth & more than average in length, now. Times have changed & technology has gotten better since those days. I found Thunder’s Place & Lurked a few years to finally join the ranks. I have a totally different look at PE these days. Knowledge is power & less is more, approach is my “Motto”.

I have matured much over the years about me sexually. My head game over the size I have verses what I can do to make sex better without size I don’t have is more confidence in me as a lover. I hope this helps some.

To be honest, I see that you are at an advantage.

Why?
- Your BPEL is average to above average depending on which study
- Because of your below average girth size, if you are working on length, you are able to potentially gain length then someone that may have average to above average girth size. Now, everyone is different and gains differently depending on the routine but if I were in your shoes and I’m looking to gain length and girth then I would put a lot of focus on the length first.
- Search around the forum on guys thoughts on focusing on length first. The theory is if you try to vigorously gain on girth, you may turn your tunica/ligaments into steel making it harder for you to gain length but if your focus is solely on girth then begin your PE journey and view it as a long term/life style change.

Before I use to think that PE is a one time deal where once I get my gains, I will finally be free from the routine strain on my schedule. Now, I made it part of my lifestyle and the Penis Health is a thing for the long term. Anyways, you came to the right place to express your issues, just get started and good luck!

Gaining length first is easier; can anyone support Paradigms theory? Has anyone showed that people who gain girth first are less likely to gain length? (This would provide evidence of “[turning] tunica/ligaments into steel”.)

I will just work on being consistent. I started with erect jelqs and squeezes, but think it might be better to focus on stretches?
What sort of changes to the newbie routine could any of you recommend to me? Preferably for both length and girth.

Hey man, it’s definitely possible. I’m sort of a newbie to PE, and I have gained .5 in girth overtime using the hydro max bath mate x30. It works great for girth, but not length. I’ll sell it to you for $100 if you would like?

Work on both. Don’t wait until later to work girth. At your starting size, girth gains will be the most rewarding.

I started at 4.6ish baseline MSEG and 4.3 BEG.

These days I hit as high as 5.3 MSEG during clamping. Be consistent, 4-5 days a week. I’m doing 30-45 mins stretching and 15-30 min squeeze/clamping during my workout days.
I got the most girth gains from clamping (with a silicone sleeve of course). Ease into it and be sure to do the newbie routine. Be patient, use common sense, and don’t injure yourself.

Also consider an ADS (all day stretcher) to prevent turtling. Mine is coming in the mail today and I am super excited about the length gains to be had!

I started at 4.2 girth and 5.5 length. In 2 years of pumping, stretches, jelqing and clamping I am now 7.25bpel and 5.4eg! I’m fucking thrilled! EQ is amazing and it’s ready to rock at any time multiple times…and I’m 50! Don’t get discouraged, this shit works. Just chip away at it on a regular basis and find what works for you. Do the newbie routine until gains stop then add things to experiment. Take good starting measurements and pictures, you will LOVE to look at them in the future when you’ve grown! This will change your life in a positive way and your confidence and patience will all increase. You found a great place! Good luck!
