Discipline

I’ve been pretty undisciplined with most of the activities I’ve done in my live (hobbies, working out, etc.) and I’ve lost the opportunity to achieve many great things because I couldn’t stick with the activity and reach my goals. However, with PE I seem to be really motivated and I do it always on schedule. Do you think that PEing could also turn me into a more disciplined person in this sense? Anyone has noticed this? That would be a really nice extra.

Think about it this way …

Try and isolate what it is about the way you think about PE that makes you more disciplined in PE … Figure out what that is and apply it to the rest of your life.

Discipline in itself is the objective, but you can’t attain it without a corresponding objective.
