Good evening,

some reading around brings up lots of mention of LOT, the loss of tugback apparently. It seems like this is supposed to be a good measure of whether one will gain mostly from lig or tunica working, correct? My problem is, I’ve having trouble defining where my LOT is.

The process seems easy, get a semi erection and hold the penis at multiple angles and kegel. Well, I do this but there really doesn’t seem a point where I lose any tugback, at least, there is always some action at the base of my penis. Any tips please? Thank you.

Most of the fellas around here will tell you not to worry about what your LOT is. From my understanding it isn’t a proven factor one way or the other in whether or not you make gains.
