So beginning of January, I did a month of these workout supplements and noticed my libido increased and EQ as well. These were not D- aspartic supplements which isn’t recommended for younger guys. I’m 32.

My EQ was great, it felt thicker and longer and that lasted about 2-1/2 - 3 weeks. Then for the remainder of the period, it decreased a lot. Stress and anxiety I’m sure was a big factor.

Now I feel it’s getting better, but instead of feeling thicker, it feels thinner which I hate because I already feel my girth is below average. I would say right now it’s up to 4.5” MSEG, but when I was on the supplement it was more like 4.6-4.7” MSEG I’m guessing but don’t know because I can’t hold an erection and measure at the same time. So I guess my question is what makes that thicker fuller feeling? For me when I have sex, that really helps me out mentally. When I feel ‘thinner’ it seems I get stressed and don’t enjoy sex as much and sometimes have a hard time finishing.

Currently I am at 6-1/2” BPEL and 4.5” MSEG. I would like to get to 7.5”BPEL and 5” MSEG at least.

Another question on the side: for guys who were below average girth and have been able to achieve girth gains at or above 5” MSEG, what do you feel the differences are?

Blood flow gives the fuller feeling. It sounds as if your blood flow was increased and now it’s gone to normal. You could cycle L-Arginine to see if it gives you the increased flow. Also, jelqing and kegels can aid in the blood flow as well as other forms of PE.

Yes. I have been doing the newbie program, although I was experience a bad week where I couldn’t get enough of an erection to do the routine. I took about 5 days off and am starting again with a little less jelqing and stretching. I was previously stretching for 5 minutes (after a warm up) and then Jelqing for about 10-12 minutes which typically got me about 125 reps. But maybe I was doing too much too soon, so I stretch less and aim for about 75 good quality jelqs. I will see how this goes for a few weeks and listen to my body to see if I can increase slowly over time.

Good call on resting while erection subsided. Also a good idea to listen to your PI’s and slow down to see if it helps. I figure the EQ will come back rather quickly also.

I just bought the book, the hardness factor. I think if I was able to maintain a 100% erection more frequently then I would be happy about my sex life even though I have the insecurity about the smaller girth. Hoping I can gain some positive insight into EQ and overall health. I do want to take this PE program to the limits to see what I can gain out of it, I have my eyes on this 5” girth goal.

If you seen some of my posts from before, I mentioned that my wife cheated on me recently and it’s affected me a lot. Hence the stress and anxiety. I had a a part to play in it, but cheating during marriage it’s not right. If the situation was right, I would have left her. I decided to go back to school last semester and wasn’t in a place to take over all the expenses even with child support. It’s complicated for sure. I feel that with PE, if I can achieve my goals then maybe it will be one less thing that I have to worry about. Be a confidence boost for me.

I would say that mostly erection affected by 3 factors for me currently -
1) your desire and number of ejaculations in current day
2) how hot you estimate your girl/wife
3) how near the actual ejaculation is

As a whole I agree, that stress or exhaustion from physical work could deplete erection strength, but I noticed 2 fun things along after these factors.
That if I didn’t ejaculate today, then I can get good erection really fast. Another one, that my full erection always reached while near ejaculation.

So that sometimes even hour of sex doesn’t provide erection at it’s max, which I reaching during jelqing, BUT as the cum comes near erection level really gets stronger and fuller.
I’m too enjoying this state of erection more during sex, so most of time I restrain myself for longer pleasure and some fitness here))

The cheating could’ve definitely had a negative side effect on your EQ. Your thought process has undoubtedly changed leading up to sex with your wife. Stress, inability, doubt of measure, questioning of worth, and many factors are surely racing through your mind. Along with your doubt of even remaining with her. It must be a huge turnoff and much harder to get in the mood.

These thoughts aren’t on you however. They are on her and it’s her fault she made you feel these ways. If you intend to stay with her, or have a sex life with her, then they will be very difficult to overcome.

If she cheated on you and is making the income for the household, then more than likely you could receive joint custody with no child support obligations and she would have to pay you alimony! It’s something you’d need to find a good lawyer and discuss.

I’m not trying to meddle or give relationship advice. But I know how these thoughts can wear on you. More often than not, they are impossible to overcome and it ends up failing in the end because it isn’t often a one time thing.
