I am jelqing and very soon I feel my inner tissues are tough and my blood doesn’t flow thru the shaft, like if it was a plastic rope…. strange comparison. I think that is due to the Ullis… I normally do 15-20 min jelq with 3*7 Ullis set and i do that 3 times. Even the feeling of the Ullis is like “normal”, of course I get expansion, but the feeling is also different.
I am afraid my dick is toughen up and have reached a plateau. What I am afraid the most is that now that is tough, it will harder to make it gain length from stretching and extenders. What do you guys think?
Reaching a plateau comes always when you have toughen up? how do I know if i have reached a plateau or I have toughen it up?

If I felt like something were off a bit, I would take a couple weeks off. My guess is that you may be overworking it a bit, and everything will go back to normal with some rest.

Toughen up tissues will hinder future stretching gains?

As we know, there are mainly two different ways to gain. One using stretching, hanging or extenders where you try to elongate the tissues. Then you can use expansion with manuals methods like jelqing Ullis etc.

I feel my dick inside feels like stronger and tougher, also it is harder to make the blood flow thru the shaft while jelqing. I think it is toughen up due to Ullis.

So I would like to know if toughen up tissues will stop/hinder future stretching/extender gains. Should I stop doing Ullis? I am aiming for length

Uli is a girth routine. I think you should only start doing it when you’ve hit your target length.

These are both excellent answers. If you feel like you are over working you probably are and should reduce your exercises so you don’t feel that way.

You don’t “feel” a plateau… a plateau shows up over many months of consistent exercise and consistent measurement, if you notice you have stopped gaining over these months, then perhaps you have plateaued and should think about switching things up.

nice. It is hard to reduce a routine that has given me gains so far. I will take it easy see how it goes and then i will increase it again slowly. thanks
