Different kegel-routines

I have just started jelqing, and now I’m gonna start kegeling, too. I have read alot about this, and have found different routines. The one at the newbie routine is the simplest though, so my main question is; have any of you gained success from the routine here? By success I mean that you can last how long you wish in bed, without ejaculating. Cause that’s my goal. If you have any better routine, feel free to post it.

I have another question too: Like I said, I have started jelqing. My goals are to grow my dick proportionally. Can I achieve that with just jelqing? How many procent erect if that’s the case? I now go for 80 %, but my dick gets both longer and thicker after a workout (if that matters). And even if, for example, stretching makes things go faster, that’s not my concern. I’m not in a hurry. :) I can mention that I’m 6” BPEL and 3.5” around, and my first goals are 6.5” BPEL and 4” around. 0.5” increase, that is.

It’s impossible to last however long I want, but my control over what was before totally automated is vastly improved. Lasting for an hour or more is very possible. Moreso multiple (heightened) orgasms are achievable with some little effort.

Considering your stats (5 EL by 3.5 EG?), it would seem to me at least that you require some reasonable girth work. If I were you, I’d focus on warm-ups, warm-downs and jelqing until you’re around 4.5 - 5 EG. There’s no reason to exclude stretching or other length exercises as jelqing induces length as well as girth gains.

If you take it patiently and observe your progress meticulously proportional growth is very easy to achieve. :)

Beasty: Think you missed my other post. :P I have 5” EG.

Ahh, how strange. I swear I thought you said 5 inch length in that second post. Ah well, silly young me *shrugs*.

In that case you have very even stats. Work both length and girth equally then; don’t just jelq, stretch just as much (if not more) to keep things proportional. :)

Should I do only upward stretches (to the tunica, my LOT is at 6 o’clock) or to every side? How many reps?

To all sides to be the most effective. One rep to each side should be good enough.

You are at the first step. I recommend making some progress first, before asking very detailed questions.

Here is my answer though: I begun at 50 x 5 reps per day, now I can do 250-300 per day. About 4 months or so. I can hold back my ejaculations now. It’s no doubt one of the most important PE techniques. I know I can last a lot better in bed now. Didn’t have a chance to test my kegeling and edging skills yet, though :D

50 x 5 seconds is good for a beginner. Gradually increase.

I take the train to and from work every day. I find it to be the ultimate kegel time. I end up doing extensive kegeling for a good 30-40 minutes (I have mastered the art of kegeling without making the funny “constipated” face!). I have gained some more control over my ejaculations.
