different grips

How do the different grips affect jelqing? I know I’ve seen this somewhere in the newbie primer or manual somewhere, but I can’t find it now. Is the underhand grip supposed to go more towards girth?

I have not read too much on this, so I would recommend using the Search bar. There is so much info about jelqing, you’ll find something.

In my experience grip does not matter, just the volume and intensity of the workout. That being said I still change up the grip every so often.

In example in the amount of the blood you move. With an overhand grip, you can go nearer the base of penis moving more blood along the shaft. So many use an overhand gripw when jelquing SO or SD.

Marinera is right. I started a thread a while back asking if more guys used and overhand or underhand grip for jelqing and overhand won.

I myself used to only PE using and underhand grip until about 4-6 months ago. You can move more blood and see more expansion with the underhand in my opinion.
