Sometime in my morning wood, my hand and and my dick also feels a larger girth than last week, but in actual measurement it is the same.
Sometimes I feel it is just the same as last week but the measurement is larger.
As this will have difference of 0.1 - 0.2 inch, this makes some difficulties in tracking my progress day by day.
Any similar experience or opinion for this?

Yes. This is common, especially in the early stages of PE. My recommendation is just to measure less often. This way when you do measure, say 4 weeks from now, it’s easier to see a difference on the measuring tape or ruler you use.
Relax. Feel better, enjoy how you look and feel. Keep on doing what it is you’re doing.
