Diet and PE

Diet and PE

I know that I saw this brought up one time in another thread, possibly about protein consumption, but I guess this question is a bit different. Has anyone noticed a inability to gain when one is losing weight i.e. eating less than what you body burns in a day? The first time I started PEing I was trying to drop some pounds before the summer began because I was going on a trip to a tropical place and noticed very little gains, now that I have been back I could care less about losing weight and things seem to be going a bit smoother, although it’s hard to tell as of yet. So, has anyone noticed if an excess of calories = more gains or a deficit = no gains?

Goal: B====D ---> B=========D

As far as I know, there isn’t any relations.

I was just thinking it might also play on the same theory as body building. Can’t really build muscles if you aren’t eating more than your body needs. Can’t build penis if you aren’t eating more than your body needs?

When you lose weight correctly, you lose fat, not muscle. In doing so, you become healthier and becoming healthier would imply a better situation for improving muscle and penis size.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

When you starve yourself you catabolise. The body loses lean muscle tissue. But you get to keep the fat. So I can see a relationship for no gains when doing a drastic reducing diet.

Well, I don’t mean something drastic.. I mean diet in general. It should be somewhat common knowledge that you can’t get ripped when you are losing fat unless you’re on roids or something. If you have a calorie deficit then you aren’t going to build much muscle. I know that PE doesn’t have anything to do with building muscle, but some of the theories are based on rebuilding what is broken down stronger. So, if you don’t have the excess materials in your body, even from a balanced diet with a slight calorie deficit to safely lose weight, do you not have what it takes to build up the ding-a-ling? Get it?

I don’t think a sensible reducing diet would hurt gains at all. A anabolic diet may even improve your chances of gaining a bigger penis when all the ducks are in a row.

The right amount of arginine based foods.
Glutamine based foods. Lysine based foods. Without Lysine you can not gain muscle you can forget about it. All the important amino acids play a role. BCAA’s You know everything you will find in a whey protein drink.
Adequate carbs the whole grain complex kinds. Fruits and vegetables. And don’t forget to drink plenty of fluids.

I think most people could lose a lot of weight by just cutting out the junk foods and getting back to basic good nutrition. Eliminating processed food from your diet is such a fantastic boost to your health, all parts of your body benefit. You lose weight, your skin improves, your heart health improves, you sleep better, your mind works better, and you get a bigger cock. Well, I can’t prove the last one, but I wouldn’t be surprised. :)

For sure if you loose weight you’ ll have NBPEL gain :) .

I dropped my calories to about 1500 when my basal is about 2300 plus I excercise. So I was at 1000 cal deficit daily. I haven’t gained during that period. Then the day after a cheat day (2500-3000cal) I went up 1/16” meg girth all the sudden. And erection seems better.

I’m quiting my weight loss until I decide to take a decon break. That makes the most sense to me as I don’t believe you can lose weight rapidly and gain the thick penis simultaneously.
