I’ve read that one’s diet affects gains from PE. I already am a healthy eater, but would like to know: exactly what foods should contribute to PE gains? Thanks.

I also would like to know. I hear that tomatoes are good for penis growth, but that’s just hearsay.

I always say eat a heart healthy diet, because what is good for your heart as far as keeping arteries open and healthy, is also good for your penis, which is a total blood flow organ.
