Sure it can be tough during the conditioning stage to avoid overtraining, and it takes a while to really hone whatever method works for you, but for me personally once I hit my stride I started adding like crazy and my workout is one of the most pleasurable things I do, taking about an hour every 3 days. I started At about 7.25BPEL x 5.4 EG, and a year later I’m 6 around in some areas and closing in on 8.2 BPEL and my length gains don’t seem like they’re slowing. And it really feels like I haven’t broken a sweat. I just think it’s funny how penis size used to stress me out so much even when I had an above average penis to begin with, and it took so little effort to solve the “problem”, just a little consistency. Yet if I told anyone I’m sure they’d still think it sounds too good to be true. Just a little observation, this really shouldn’t be this easy :D

What has your routine been mostly made up of and what would you say is the cause of most of your gains?

Clamping, stretching and pumping. It’s more about consistency and intensity than volume for me. I stretch manually one night, cable clamp and erect pumping 2 sets each the next, then take a night off then repeat. I never stretch down because I like my upward erection angle. Also on the clamp and pump night I intersperse light reverse jelqs to fill out the base.

Congrats on the easy gains. I think I speak for a lot of us when I say I’m jealous.

It’s not easy for everyone. Lots of guys do exactly what you did and got nothing. Others had to go far above and beyond easy to gain anything at all. It’s why I still continue to be skeptical when someone says PE is easy.

I’m not saying it’s easy in terms of effort, as I’ve put in hours upon hours into routines, I just mean that it seems too good to be true, but the gains don’t lie. I also only got serious about PE a year ago, before that I would try jelqing here and there, but I really dislike jelqing as it hurts my eq and stretches out my foreskin, although I did get some temporary gains a few years ago from a jelqing routine.

Yeah I know what your saying. I’m about 5 weeks back after a year long layoff and a good chunk ofl my gains from before (around 0.8 of an inch in 5 months) have reappeared.


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

I got easy gains my first six weeks, gaining an inch and a quarter in length. Any thing more than that I’ve had to fight for tooth and nail. Including a quarter inch in girth. I seem to be stalled out at 7 NBP x 5 1/4 EG. So initial gains came relatively easy to me. But I wouldn’t flatly say I’m shocked by how easy gains come. Well that first six weeks, when I gained 1/4 inch a week for the first two weeks, that blew my mind.

Regardless of how quick they cone, gains of any kind are shocking in my opinion. Millions of men wish they could have a bigger penis. I was one of them. Little do they know it can be done. It’s taken me a year and a half but I have forged a bigger dick.

I completely agree with this, we are VERY lucky to have a method that makes our penis bigger, I don’t know what I would be right now if I haven’t found this place.

Did you monitor your PIs? One main thing- did you have a longer/ fuller flaccid after your sessions? I’ve always thought that this would be a good indication of a productive session but even with very short routines, I never really get them!

I must say I agree as well. I got the majority of my gains very early on within the first year. Doing a very simple short routine, almost nothing compared to what I do now in terms of time and effort. At the very beginning I did go way too hard and made things worse with injuries and poor EQ but once I figured it all out and the gains started and just kept coming I thought exactly as the OP.

Exactly this. It’s like something this great feels like it shouldn’t be in our control but it is. To me penis enlargement is like having all the cheat codes for a video game.

I know what you mean. I used to jelq which gave me some temporary gains but also hurt my EQ for 3 days after each session and stretched out my foreskin which I hated. Then I figured out what really worked for me and all I had to do was perfect the techniques and amounts and I’ve put on a half inch just in the last few months. Thunder if you read this you are the man!

PIs are important but it’s more about overall feeling for me. I take pristine care of my body and have pretty good body awareness, so just like sometimes I’ll still be sore from a weightlifting session but just know that I’m ready to hit the same muscle groups again, sometimes I’ll still be tired from a PE session but will know that it’s just the right amount of fatigue to allow me to expand my cock just a little more than it’s ever been filled. Early on I would push it too hard and have to back off. Just push your limits slowly, reading is great but you also have to get the experience. As far as a flaccid, on stretching days my flaccid is pretty good, it might turtle just slightly in the few hours after my session, but that’s usually because I’m subconciously flexing my pelvic muscles, and if I take a hot bath or smoke some weed I go the other way and hang a little longer than usual. After my clamp/pump days my flaccid is huge, it stays about 6-7 inches and fat for about 10-20 minutes then stays a fat 5 inches for the rest of the night. On my rest days I hang about 4-5 inches depending on my stress level.
