Did PE increase your fertility?

Did PE increase your potency? I think it did with me, I have done jelqing and pumping off an on for about 2 1/2 years now. Me and my wife will be married 10 years this year. We never had kids before, jan 07 she had miscarriage and got her pregnant again in Jun of 07 . I was away from her most of 08(job) I got back home in December and she just told me she is pregnant again! Looks like I will have to get fixed.
