Did my first Routine Today, I have some Questions..

Hey all

I have been lurking here for some time and been thinking about starting with PE.

I have checked out the newbie routine, but since I only want to increase the girth of my penis I only do the warm up and jelq. I tried it for the first time today and now I have some questions.

1. I understand that it’s necesarry with a Warm up before you start jelqing but du you really have to wrap again after you jelqed ?

2. When I was jelqing I noticed that I had some problems with keeping my dick erect enough. Is it okay to take pauses for a few seconds so that you can make your dick harder again ?

3. Will it be easier to stay errect during to jelq when you have done it for some time ?

4. How long will you have to do theese routines to make the gains permanent ?

1. If you end your session with jelqing, it is not that important to “warm” down…if you end with stretching it is more important to restore blood flow. Get into the habit of doing it.

2. There are no rules, take a break if you have too…the important thing is that you put effort into every stroke.

3. Yes, things get easier as you become accustomed to it.

4. Everyone is different, don’t focus on that right now.
