Hey, alright so, I’ve been jelquing for around a month and a half. I started the newbie routine, made sure to stretch warm up and all of that jazz. I overworked myself a couple weeks ago and suffered from thinner, weaker erections with a softer head during erections; I then eased off exercises and started jelquing again after 3 days. Well now the thinness seems to be back again, although it doesn’t look thinner it just feels thin to me. My head also is not swollen when erect instead is just hallway soft, halfway swollen. My routine now is warm up, stretch, 200 jelqs, 30 jelq squeezes in sets of 5 with 10 jelqs between each set with kegeling to bring new blood in. Could this be to much for me to handle at this moment? Earlier today I masturbated and when I had an orgasm, my balls and dick were numb feeling and tingly like something was wrong. I’m honestly pretty worried about it, as my EQ has gone down a bit too, maybe it could be due to stress and depression from my crazy girlfriend or maybe it could be overwork? Any opinions about routine or if I overworked myself or anything would be appreciated. Thank you.

Should I continue exercising? As this could be maybe response from growth as my veinage is insane and when I am 100% erect everything is good. Or should I take a short break from sex and exercising to let myself heal?

You have answered your own question. If you think you have overworked yourself, then you have.

Take a couple of rest days. When you start back up, cut your previous routine in half and evaluate if you have been using too much pressure when you jelq. Use moderation in the pressure department. If your results start to look better, then slowly add to your routine staying at each subsequent increased level for several PE sessions. Take your time and don’t hurt yourself. Trying to go fast only slows you down.

Also when you take a rest day is doesn’t mean you have to take a break from sex. If anything, sex is good because it keeps a natural fresh supply of blood circulating through your cock. It is similar to nocturnal and morning erections that are your body’s natural mechanisms to keeping your penis healthy.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

when i begun i would do so many Ullis squezes and jelqs and stretches… my morning woods felt so nice that I just kep on doing and gained 0,5 inches. that has been all my gains since I begun PE….. it’d be great to know if you gain without stretching. are you ganing?

It is curious you feel you overtrain with such a normal routine, are you taking rest days? I would do squezes and ullis 3 times a week max. then jelq like 5 6 or even 7 days a week depending on how you feel it. But some days i just jelqs 5 min, some others 20 min…. I am just a beginner tho

Hey, yes I am gaining. I went from 6.9-7 bpl to 7.4 bpl and my girth has increased to 5.1 under glands 5.3 mid and 5.5ish from probably 4.9 starting. I feel as if my hard ons are not as strong as they were a week ago, most likely because of not seeing my girlfriend as I tend to not get 90-100 EQ unless I’m with her. Also I do stretch every time before exercise.

I’m just not sure wether I should take a break or continue doing exercises, I feel as if I could of overtrained but nothing hurts or is sore. I’m just have weak erections with weaker orgasms, that tend to leave me a tingling, light numbing wave over my pelvic region.

If you gain then dont stop doing what you do.

If you have bad Pi’s for longer stretches then 1-3 days thena djst your rotine. Just cut back on intensity and check if this ps yor Pi’s like doing 1/3 of it. If acut back doesnt do it then introdce one or more rest days.

I believe I should cut back or rest for a couple days, but I’m afraid I’ll lose some gains.

Thats why you cut back on time/intensity. If this creates positive PI ‘s then do it until yo are back at 100%.
If it doesnt get better after cutting back then introduce extra rest days like 1on 1 off or 2 off 1 on.

You want to find the edge where you do enough to gain but not too much to not function EQ wise.
Thats the art of PE of findign this sweet spot. and its very individualistic and the PI thread is the best piece on helping with this!

What about me man. I’m stretching for almost 1h a day with different stretches in 20 or 10 or 30 min session. And jelq and do some ullis sometimes. My PI are good. Just 1 day off a week.

Should I stretch for 2h a day lol…. I’m tired of not gaining. I won’t give up tho.

I’d take 2 days off and see how it goes. Cmon 2days are nothing to loose anything.
