Did a LOT check today need some advice
Ok so I checked my lot today after reading about the confussion people were having and have found that I have a loss of tugback at around 9’oclock there is high tugback between 12 and 10 and it totally go at 9
This means I should be doing more downward stretching correct? SHould I stop all upward stretching then or should I just use more downward stretching as oppose ot upward stretching?
Right now I do as follows all of this is in shower with hand lotion as lube for jelqs
5 minute warm up
3 sets of 30 second stretchs first down
Then up then
Down to the left then
Down to the right
Then a rotation stretch
After those 3 sets
Another warm up of 3-5 minutes
Then 100 jelqs
1 minute to rewarm and re lube
Then another 100 jelqs
Since this is my first week I plan on taking my first rest day on saturday (completeing a 3 on 1 off cycle) then in crease the total jelqs by 50 25 before and 25 after re lube
After all this I do 50 kegals after I get out of the shower mostly these are done sitting, I plan on waiting a week or so before kegals while doing the stretches
Should I omit the upward stretching for the first month or so or is it ok to stretch the tuncia with such a high lot?
I’m a firm believe in working hard short periods then resting as thats how I would gain muscle mass and the such when I did work out in high school so I don’t believe I’ll ever get to the massive amount of jelqs (I’ll probably max it at 250 before and 250 after re lube total 500 over the course of a few months) as for the stretching any advice on when to up the time of those? As of now I feel the stretch thru out the whole 30 seconds, I firgured a good time to up the amount of time of each stretch every week

EDIT: forgot to mention while Jelqing I usually start with a 50% erection by the time I get to 25 I’m around a 90% erection but my penis is not at full hardness and it will not stand at full force as if I was at a full erection but it’s nearly at full lenght and at full or even more then normal full girth is that normal?
