Did a 30 min fowfer and my penis looked mushed

Guys

I just did my first fowfer for the first time. I did it for around 30 min

When I was finished I looked and my dick looked all weird and mushed. And it had lines over it that were kinda swollen! The head of my penis looks all weird :S

It seems to be fading away slowly..

What is the meaning of this? Should I stop doing this exercise or am I doing something wrong?


Start (April 07): BPEL= 6.3" EG= 4.7"

Now (October 08): BPEL= 7" EG= 5.0"

Goal : BPEL= 7.5" EG= 6"

Don’t worry about it. Keep fowfering. Those effects will go away and not cause any deformities.


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

A Fowfer is when you pull ya dick back and sit on it right?

I think that could do a good job of cutting off circulation to ya pee pee there man!

I read here that I shouldn’t do them more than 90 min, so I though alright I’m gonna take it easy and do 30 min for my first time :P

Anyways everything is looking good again,

But I’m wondering if this was normal or if I should do it some other way.
I don’t wanna get any discoloration either.

Maybe I wasn’t sitting right, or my boxer caused the lines and stuff.

I’m gonna try again tomorrow see what happens.

Please guys don’t sit on a hard surface when you doing fowfers. Put a pillow under your ass. Those desk/computer chairs lack comfort sometimes. Me I prefer bed fowfers.

Good advice. Put a pillow underneath you.

How much is to much when it comes to fowfers. I feel like I can sit a long time(especially on Sundays when watching football) but I don’t want to over do it. I was thinking 20-30 min sessions throughout the day but I really have know idea. Any input would be appreciated

I always start overly cautious on any exercise, but I found 15 minutes is as easy as pie. I’ll do 3 or 4 of the 15 minute ones no problem with a little wriggle on the break. As I say though I am overly cautious. But they seem to work for me at this intensity.

Thanks zowee, I will be sure to be cautious and look for PI’s to help determine my routine regarding my fowfers

Fowfers are really good

Can anyone report length gains after doing fowfers?
