I’d have to guess Pomegranate to boost NO2 and Zinc for testosterone, but I think the nutrition possibilities are easily overshadowed by exercises.

Yeah, but who wants less vulgar? Dicktritious is the best word. I love it. I’d say high protien food sources are good for tissue rebuilding and growth. Omega threes are good, so eggs and certain fish. Plus, both are good protien sources.

I suggest cuneiferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage. Celery , peanuts or peanut butter and best of all one of the ingredients in viagara :watermelon rind . Close to the rind has a greater concentration of the chemical that is extracted out of it, if my source is correct. Too much rind Will send you to the toilet though. I hope these work for you, they do for me!

Looks like healthy food is good for it.

I’d say pineapples, nuts, protein rich meats, omega 3, and fiber rich vegetables. May be creatine is helpful. I’ve never tried it, but It makes your muscles hold in more water, making them bigger and hydrated (I think?). That could add size, right? O yeah, don’t forget oatmeal.

Also, I am addicted to sunflower seeds (no really, LOL!), so may ‘be the constant source of natural oils and incomplete proteins is doing something.

Yeah, good word! It rings of thundersplace influence. Thanks guys, yeah zinc and omega 3, proteins. I think I’ll go take all 3 right now. Oh! What about the “magic bullet” for the cardiovascular system L-argenine. (once again sorry for the lack of question mark). Once I properly analyze the feedback and do some reasearch of my own+ try these foods out. I’ll start a penis diet thread. Thanks guys for the input.
