Heh-he! Noone so far has written the top-of-the-line dictritious foods :D Here goes:

-garlic (raw has more effect)
-ginger
-red pepper (hot)

These are dictritious too (but less then above):
-poultry
-meat
-eggs
-salt

Beware! If you eat too much of these, you may change into some sort of beast in bed. :D Just don’t pass these great sources, eat moderately :)
