Well I’m not by any means a newbie at PE, been doing it for about 2 years, but I thought I would get a better response in this section.

I’ll keep it short and sweet and explain the problem in cliff notes:

-Jelqed, stretched (ADS and manuel), and hung, for my first 2 years of PE
-Stopped gaining so took 3 months off
-Started jelqing for 10- mins 2 days on, 1 off when I resumed PE
-Always jelq at 70% erect
-10-15 min hot water warm up/warm down and jelq under an IR lamp
-This proved to be WAY too intense and I temporarily lost some size, poor erection quality, etc.
-Took about 10 days off, start jelqing for 7-8 minutes 1 on/2 off schedule
-Still seems a little too intense. I get a little retraction after the workout but a heavier flaccid hang about an hour later that lasts throughout the day and up to 2 days later. Get very slight discoloration (no red dots though). I get an instant boner at ANYTHING I see throughout these 2 days, nice quality etc but heres the thing: After I masterbate, which is always atleast 1 day after the previous workout, I get some retraction again (lose heavy flaccid hang), and my dick kinda feels “beat up”. In the back of my mind I am paranoid I am overtaining again but think to myself how this can be possible with all the heat I use and low duration of my workouts. I don’t even workout that intensly. I do slow 2-3 second jelqs with a pretty firm but not death grip.

Any suggestions why my penis can’t take this mild workout?

Only thing I can think of is your “mild” grip might be someone else’s “death-grip” - have you seen the vid. tutorial on jelqing? Ocifar (?) really looks like he’s trying to strangulate his penis in that, try much gentler than that, IMO.

If you constantly pop your knuckles, you will lose grip strength, and if your mild grip is still too strong, use a weak grip. Use a grip like you were holding onto a bottle of water. If that’s too lose, grip it like your about to throw a football. Don’t grip it like your in a tug-of-war contest.

I crack my knuckles on a regular basis, and it seems my grip strength has improved over the years. In football, a lot of my tackles were made by ripping players down solely by their jerseys. Not something you can do with reduced grip strength.

RonJeremey789: Same goes for me. You described my jelqing experience to the ‘T’. I only masturbate/ejaculate 3 to 4 (max) times a week. Whenever I jelqed, I felt overworked and I never jelqed for longer than 10 minutes at a time.

I added more rest days, eased up on my jelqing grip and even varied my erection levels. But I still got the same results: 1) A dick that turtled back into my stomach, 2) The feeling in my penis like it has been overworked, and 3) NO GAINS!

If you find a solution to your jelqing problem and start gaining, LET ME KNOW!

Currently, I’ve started a moderate clamping routine. No intense pressures. Just good expansion by edging in the clamp for about 30-40 minutes, with 1-2 minute breaks every 10 minutes. No gains yet, but surprisingly, my dick doesn’t feel overworked (like with jelqing). I have a pump, but for some reason stopped using it this past week - mainly just out of pure laziness. On days where I have more privacy and time, I do plan to blow the dust of my cylinder and throw in a couple pumping sets in between my clamping sets. But for now, I’m sticking with clamping.

If jelqing isn’t your bag, don’t fret. There’s plenty of PE exercises to choose from.

I read it in U.S. News, if you crack your knuckles, you lose grip strength. In your case, you have gotten stronger over the years and this countered the loss of grip strength.

I have been popping my knuckles for 4 years now, and I promise you my grip strength is much worse.

BTW, what is the ‘overworked’ feeling?

I’ve never felt it, and jelq at 50-80%.

Is it an enduring soreness or what?

Sounds like your PE is almost PERFECT….sounds like your masturbation is way too hard!

I think you have your PE dialed in perfect (right force/time/frequency) but when you jack off, you have to remember that it is additional stress, which then puts you into overtraining.

Answer; either quit jerking off…or if that isn’t an acceptable situation, try cutting down on your PE by a little at a time until its all working together.

There are times that I get my clamping/pumping just perfect and like you, great heavy flaccid all day, easy erections….then I find some new great porn download…edge for about 2-3 hours and totally blow my progress!!! At that point I may need to lay off for 2-3 days to completely recover…and lose what ever progress I was making.

You just have to remember that even though jacking off doesn’t make you bigger, for many of us…it contributes to penile stress.
