I started the newbie routine this week, but I always have to stop for a while because my dick gets erect too easy,. Do you have any tips for make it a bit more flaccid during the exercises?

Leave it alone for a while and resume jelqing, after sometime your body will get used to jelqing and you may have the problem of not getting hard enough sometimes !!

Also, I find counting the reps, watching the time, calculating the time for each rep per minute, and concentrating on technique, all helps reduce erection level.
