Hi guys, I’m new into PE and I just want to start using what the professional gainers are using, mainly their devices. I’m just wondering what to get, first I thought power jelqing was a normal hand excersise until I found out of it. Now I’m thinking of getting my self a power jelqing device and a vacuum pump. Do you think I will need anything else in my long road ahead? Thanks in advance for your time.

This is the wrong approach to PE bro, gains will not come from devices but from elbow grease. Hard work and consistency, lube and your hands will give you 90%+ of gains. Devices are just supplements, won’t do anything alone.

Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine

Just do the newbie routine for 3 months and then you can move unto devices/more advanced techniques. The consensus here is that PE is a marathon, not a sprint and wanting “faster progress” will usually result in a broken dick. The injuries section is full of people who are too eager and do too much too fast Injuries and Treatments . It is not recommended to use any apparatus until you dick is properly conditioned and is able to take the stress. Manual exercises not only make your dick tougher to break but also familiarizes you with your penis so you can recognize negative PI and stop before you hurt yourself. And again, the best exercises are the manual ones (just like in the gym the best exercises for mass involve free weights and not machines). Most people gain for years from a basic stretching/jelging routine and only when those become ineffective move to pumping/hanging/clamping, etc
