So.eventually, I wanna start using devices in a month or two.or whenever jelqing stops working. What I’d like to know is: is the bib hanger generally considered the device of choice for lengthening? Or is there something that would be better for most people? And is clamping with a cable clamp the device of choice for clamping? Or is there a better route?


I have a similar question . It is possible to gain length/girth only with “no manual exercises” (clamping/hanging) ?


Please don’t be in a hurry to move to more “advanced” exercises. These should only be undertaken once the conventional methods of jelqing and stretching stop yielding results. Milk those newbie gains as much as you can. The more intensity you use in your workouts, the more intensity you will need to produce gains. Take it slow and easy.

The Bib Hanger is a fine product, although most people prefer the Bib Starter. The Redi-Stretcher is also excellent. My personal favorite, at least for low to moderate weights, is the Wenchette, which is a reduced version of the Captain’s Wench. It costs practically nothing and works very well.
