I’m 6 inches in length and same in girth. While I’ve never had any complaints just a compliment or so on the girth, I feel like 7-8 inches would be a perfect size in my opinion and make a few positions easier without to worry you’re dicks gonna slip out.

I have a private office in which I spend over 40 hours a week which I wanted to put to good use. I was looking into possibly investing into an extender but have read mixed reviews. My goal is to gain and inch in length the fastest way possible.

Any advice and tips on how I should go about this would be much appreciated. Thus far I’ve experimented with the newbie routine but never really had any success. I remember back in the day there was a technique of measuring potential growth, does that still exist or was that a myth?

Once again, any help and advice about realistic expectations I should have in regards to this is much appreciated.

A realistic expetation is to gain 1” in 2 years of consistent work. No ‘fast ways’ sorry.

If you want fast gains, you will probably overtrain which results in preventing further gains by toughening your penis. I have gone through it. You don’t want that. A slow steady gaining rate is superior to gaining fast. You could try hanging. With hanging you should have everything under control.

You a lot of time to kegel every few days but make sure you let it rest. Also I use an extender4lab basic edition and it’s been working great. But really seen good gains when doing dry jelqing. I think extenders are safe as long you start with low tention then work your way up.I don’t recommend rushing to an inch you may stall growth and hurt your self which may cause peyronies disease but that’s not a proven fact when it comes to extenders.

Extenders are a good start for newbies. The tension should be enough to produce gains and it is unlikely to hurt yourself.

I second what marinera says, you might gain fast if you are lucky enough to have a fast adapting unit but the most reasonable time period is no less than 2 hard years. It took 4 for me.

Because you know, most guys want to gain the slowest way possible. :rolleyes:

The fastest way to get gains is by not breaking your penis. Breaking your penis means that you must spend months healing it back up. And guys that break their penises looking for a short cut are the same guys that don’t let their broken penises heal 100% before once more over doing it.

So the fastest way is by going as slow as it takes to make sure you don’t get hurt. If you don’t have the self discipline and ability to delay gratification for many months, perhaps even years, then PE really isn’t for you.

Want gains the fastest possible way? Put tension on your dick every single waking hour. At an office wear an extender. At home, hang, extender and jelq.

Obviously you’re new so can’t start off doing so much. But build your way up to it in time.

The above suggestion seems like it will offer the best chance for fast gains. How much are we betting that he hurts himself pretty quickly though: through too much weight, too fast?

I just told him the truth as I see it. I gave him warning not to do to much to quick. He’s an adult after all, we’re not his babysitters, he has his own mind.

Hang. Start low, build to higher weights. Check out the Hanging 101 guide. Been doing wonders for me and I’m pretty sure it could do the same for you especially with your privacy time. Alternative: Try the newbie Routine first month with light hanging (1 to 2 pounds) coming in around month 3 to supplement your Newbie routine and see where that takes you for four months. You can also ADS too after your routine. I got about an inch in less than 6 months from doing this but I have substantially less girth than you (4.5). Good luck

Desperately wanting an inch and as fast as possible is definitely the fastest way to injure your dick. If you are really serious about wanting it, I suggest you do a reality check and spend the next year doing consistent and gradual PE.
