Okay so this is my 2nd week doing the newbie linear routine which is just jelqing for now.

After one week, I noticed my member seemed a little long and I could definitely feel that the strength and hardness of the erection has definently improved. A little bit yes but slow progress is better than no progress.

However, there are a few things I’m concerned about.

First of all, I think I have Erectile dysfunction because I was only able to maintain that hard erection for a few minutes (3-5 minutes)

And then all of a sudden it fell and slowly became soft.

Also, my I noticed that it curves up and to the right a little bit? With a baseball bat kind of shape

I don’t mind these two problems right now.

But I really want to correct my inability to hold it up. I’m only a 20 year old dude and I’m doing everything I can to correct this. I’ve been gyming for the past 5 months and lost nearly 30 pounds. Obviously, I eat healthy. Also, I’m taking ginseng and silajit herbal medicines that supposedly cures ED. But none seem to be working. Its really depressing that I can’t even hold it up for more than a few minutes. What’s the point of doing all this if you can’t even perform a basic need?

You are unable to mantain erection while jelqing, but if you masturbate you can mantain the erection?

I’d say its pretty much the same for both. But since there is constant pressure in masterbating I guess it stays a little longer?

But I only do that on Sundays. On my rest days lol

I am not understanding. When you didn’t know about PE and masturbated, did you have erection issues?

If you didn’t have problems before and you are now, you are probably working it to hard for the time being. Back off the pressure you are putting it through and let it get conditioned.

I need a full day of rest to keep performing the way I do.
Be sure your not flexing your PC muscle when you shouldn’t be. Over exerting your PC muscle can cause to much fatigue.
Slow down your routine and step back to make sure your performing exercises correctly. I personally took a lot of time to learn them and my response to them.
Do quality PE and size will come.

However supplements can be tricky.
My wife is a nutritionist, get rid of all the supplements. Eat a complete diet, add only basics one at a time, supplement packages are NOT designed for everyone. Your ED fix may be giving you the issue.

Also: Mental block can happen when your expecting things outside of norm, and don’t reach them. that in turn can build on it self
I think: ED is likely from fatigue due to over PE, less is more. And learn to read yourself

Upward curve is normal. Helps you hit her g-spot
Right curve is normal. Gives the vagina a nice stretch, so you seem thicker than you are.

So these are not “problems.”

I also think you are overworking your penis. Take several days off and don’t mess with it.

Much before I started PE. The only thing PE is doing for me right now is giving me harder erections(not for long though).
I think my ED is caused by years of excessive masturbation and weed. I quit smoking and learning to have self control in the other.

Allegedly weed does cause ED, but I do not believe that to be the case. I know tons of guys that smoked religiously for many years and they fuck like mad. I think you maybe psyching yourself out.

When you are masturbating do not let yourself think about “what if I loose my boner, what if I really do have ED, I’m only 20 I can’t have ED!”. This is called performance anxiety and it will make you loose a chubby really quick! I have done this to myself before, take a deep breath find a video that gets you going and finish like a champ!

If PE made your erections harder then you are probably doing everything perfectly correct. Just relax while doing routines and or masturbating and you should be good to go.

Oh god yes. Not so much nightly boners but the most amazing fuller morning wood I’ve had in my life!

I don’t really think or worry about that but it just kinda happens on its own. Its actually been happening for a few years but I’ve just been so ignornant about it. Funny story. I’d have to agree with marinera at this point. It might not be something physically that is holding you back. It could be something as simple as diet or taking some supplements each day.
