Okay so this is my 2nd week doing the newbie linear routine which is just jelqing for now.
After one week, I noticed my member seemed a little long and I could definitely feel that the strength and hardness of the erection has definently improved. A little bit yes but slow progress is better than no progress.
However, there are a few things I’m concerned about.
First of all, I think I have Erectile dysfunction because I was only able to maintain that hard erection for a few minutes (3-5 minutes)
And then all of a sudden it fell and slowly became soft.
Also, my I noticed that it curves up and to the right a little bit? With a baseball bat kind of shape
I don’t mind these two problems right now.
But I really want to correct my inability to hold it up. I’m only a 20 year old dude and I’m doing everything I can to correct this. I’ve been gyming for the past 5 months and lost nearly 30 pounds. Obviously, I eat healthy. Also, I’m taking ginseng and silajit herbal medicines that supposedly cures ED. But none seem to be working. Its really depressing that I can’t even hold it up for more than a few minutes. What’s the point of doing all this if you can’t even perform a basic need?
