There literally is no gauge. People have wild gaining spurts or go years without gaining. Period. There is no trend that you can apply because any 10 guys you take from this forum will have a gain pattern you can chart. Then any 10 more will have an entirely different one with no similarities at all even if the demographic information is the same.Your problem is “going in expecting gains” because expectations lead to disappointment, wasted time, money and injuries.
I got 1.3” in length and .63-.75” or so in my first 18 months. It has nothing to do with anything anyone else has done. No one repeating my haphazard pattern would have a reason to expect to gain any more or less than I did or the same amount. There just is no way to gauge it other than doing it with an open mind.
People who stall, when they stall, either can ramp it up, rest and lower the workload. Change the workload entirely. I mean there are too many factors for me to give you any expectations at all. It’s just that simple.
Well the thing is I’ve already seen some gains… could be EQ related but I started at 4.9girth and now I’m about 5 to 5.1 on a really really good day when god decides to be nice.
And I’ve seen small length gains of about .125 inches. That’s from about 45 days of bullshit no routine at all.
So that’s why I’m going in expecting… I could be totally wrong and it’s all just EQ related. But maybe it’s not? Regardless, my dick feels bigger, and my flaccid hang is much better. So I’m going to continue with it.
What do you think contributed to the .75 girth gain for you?
