Hey guys. I’m currently finding my stretching routines to be impossible half the time. Sometimes the penis is very pliable and at other times it doesn’t allow me to stretch it (unless I use force which makes it painful and I don’t want to do that). The longer my stretching sessions go the more difficult getting a grip and a stretch becomes.

I also noticed that I have a lot of foreskin and I have to pull it far back with one hand while I use a reverse grip with my other hand in order to get a decent stretch. This can also be a bit rough on my foreskin. On top of that I try my best to avoid touching the underside of the glans while I stretch but my hand keeps pushing up and uses the bulbs underneath the glans as an anchor.

I use very light stretches and can see the penis getting stretched. It just makes me depressed that everything is so inconsistent and that if I want to avoid injury then maybe I have to rely on technological aid such as the phallosan forte to get a safe grip during a manual stretching routine. I tried the vacads and it works however it was very uncomfortable to wear. I honestly hate the idea of not being able to rely on my hands for fear of injury.

I have several questions though.

Is your hand pushing to the underside of the glands dangerous during stretching? Wouldn’t that cause permanent numbness in that area overtime or am I being paranoid? I’ve hear contradictory statements about touching vs not touching (keep fingers 1” away from glans) during stretching.

Also, is stretching something your penis needs to get conditioned to?

Lastly, how intense are the more advanced stretches? It worries me about the future because I know stretching hard isn’t well accepted by my glans.

Are you using constant heat to keep pliable when stretching? I don’t have a foreskin so I can’t speak to that issue.

No. I also notice the glans getting a bit cold the longer the session goes.

I’ve heard about lights that emit heat. I think that would save me the hassle of running back and forth to the rest room to reheat a cold towel.

Know where I can get one of those? Also does consistent heating make the penis more stretchable?

I haven’t been into PE for a very long time so please excuse my ignorance.

Yes the lamp will work though I’ve never used one. I’m sure a pet store or Home Depot would have what you need. I use an electric space heater for constant heat.

If your glans is cold that’s a sign that your holding the penis too tight. It’s a fine balance between gripping hard enough and allowing blood flow.

I’ll continue experimenting with my grip. If I don’t grip hard enough my hand slides up and the underside of my glans is used as an anchor. I don’t know if that’s any safer.

You can try wearing a latex (or nitrile if you’re allergic) glove to keep your grip. You can also use a piece of toilet paper. I’ve never been big on stretching because I have had a similar experience as you with the grip. I did have better luck with both of those tactics tho.

I had problems before with the grip issue when I did manual stretching before. Then I bought a Vac hanger3 that I use when I do my manual stretching and I do regular stretches and fulcrum stretches with the Vac3. I stretch 20 minutes straight without no problem.. totally relaxed!

A tip to you that have a grip problem when doing manual stretching is to switch to use a Vac hanger3 to use in your manual stretching.
You won’t regret it, you will love it! And your stretching sessions will come to a complete different level.

Baby powder on your fingers or use a napkin or a cloth to grip.

That’ll do it.
