Yes, doing it in the shower seems fine. I used to do that also, for the same reason. Never use soap as a lubricant though.

I don’t think you’ll find a demonstration of Hot wrapping and Kegels here (I could be wrong). But the PE manual should describe them well enough.

The purpose of hot-wrapping is pretty obvious. So once it gets you’re dick properly warmed up it has done the job.

Read the PE manual. It has all the instructions a newbie needs to know.
