I’ll start with a couple of references.
Can You Rest the CNS by Switching to Machines for a Few Weeks?
And
http://www.mark sdailyapple.com … /#axzz2Bk2sd7mM

Both talk about the potential benefits of taking a break. I am sure that there are other resources available too, but these will suffice. (By the way, if you are not familiar with mark’s daily apple and the primal/paleo lifestyle, I suggest browsing mark’s daily apple [MDA] a bit.)

The point that the MDA article is making is that you not only don’t regress from taking some time off training, but you can actually see improved gains in the long term.
Of course, the article is talking about muscular training, rather than tissue stretching.

I guess the point of my post is to ask if any of you have any observations you have made on gains after a couple of weeks off, or a couple of light weeks.
If the principle of tissue repair applies the same to penile tissues as it applies to muscles, then there may be some benefit to scheduling a "deloaded" training period, such as 4-weeks heavy and 2-weeks light.

Let me know your thoughts.

P.S. First post.

Good first post CD.

I take a week off every 6 weeks (and yes, I have seen increases with the week off), and I usually take a 3 or 4 month break once a year, just to decondition a bit and so I don’t get stale and bored.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

A search for ‘decon’, should give some related info.

‘Decon’ - deconditioning. Got it. Thanks, firegoat and marinera.
