Deflatable Glans, Possible Injury

Hey forum, sorry for posting a possible injury here, I can’t post anywhere else.

I’ve actually been attempting PE for a few years now, but spent the majority of the time lurking rather than posting anything. I started about 5 years ago, but gave up pretty quickly due to not seeing any results.

I came back to it about 8 months ago in earnest, and did the Newbie Routine with it’s ramp ups and with use of a Bathmate pump. Currently still haven’t gained anything apart from skin bruising near the head that I can’t get to go away, but that’s not my main issue.

When I started PE again I noticed that when I got an erection, the main body of the penis would get hard but the underside and glans would stay relatively soft.

This is normal as far as I can tell, except that when I press down on my glans, or try to use a tight-ish toy, I can feel blood moving back out from my glans with a “whooshing” feel, leading to it deflating. Kegels would pump it back up slightly, but as soon as I let go the glans could be deflated again. I have yet to have an erection where this was not possible to do. I don’t believe I had this before I started PE, as my erections were firm all around.

In terms of PI’s I’ve had generally positive results with increased morning and evening wood, slightly larger flaccid hang, and an increase in hardness (except for glans and underside). I took a week off 4 months back to see if the problem would subside, but it didn’t change.

In terms of general health, I’m in my mid-20’s, recently become more active doing bodyweight exercise and general cardio throughout the week, just at the tipping point for being overweight according to my BMI, cut back with the amount of junk I eat and am eating a mostly protein/fat diet with few carbs, and I’ve never smoked, drank, or taken drugs. Notably this was about 4 months ago, after noticing the glans problem, with it being a slight motivator. Unfortunately it does not seem to have changed the problem.

Things I’ve tried so far from reading around:
* Cutting the amount of PE to 1 day on, 1 off.
* Doing either pumping or jelqing only on alternate sessions
* Wearing a cock ring (helps, but still leads to some blood noticeably flowing back)
* Taking a week’s break from PE
* Seeing a GP and being referred to a urologist, however I did not get any tests done, and they were unable to give a conclusive diagnosis.
* Had sildenafil prescribed by the GP which increased the hardness of the middle of my penis, but not the glans or underside.
* Pressing down on the top of the base of my penis when erect. (Seems to stop the majority of blood flowing back, but not a permanent solution)

Things I am currently trying:
* 1 month with no PE, sex, or masturbation at all. Currently 1 week through with no change.
* Taking Centrum Advance, L-Arginine and Ginseng supplements, and small doses of sildenafil throughout this period.
* Continuing to improve diet and lose weight.

Thing that I’m planning to do:
* See a different GP/urologist now that I can better describe the issue, and see if I can get tested.
* Look into DMSO + Iodine application

I can’t tell definitively if PE caused the issue, but I might have very well brought it on myself for not properly reading and going too fast with it. Possibly that I overused the Bathmate pump, jelqed with too full an erection (90%+), no warm-downs, used too intense stretches (BTC stretches), or ramped up too quickly. I haven’t experienced any other symptoms apart from bruising of the skin which is not subsiding and lack of any progress in terms of length or girth.

If anyone has any advice on this, like if it could be healed by time or some other method that would be very much appreciated, as this is causing some anxiety. Alternatively if this can’t be cured without something like surgical intervention, or if this is actually perfectly normal, I could at least learn to live with that.

Sorry for such a long post, but I hope I included all the details required.
