So today is an off-day for me, but since I’m pretty stoked about the whole new world of PE I was considering doing some extended stretching (fowfers) throughout the day here at work, no jelqing. My question is, do you really consider that an “off day” or should I totally leave my penis alone for the day?

Curious as to what the common practice is?

Current Stats (DEC '18): BPEL - 8.0" Base EG - 6.4" NBPFL - 5.75"

Although I’m relatively new to the game like you are (I think), I never take a complete off day. My off days are usually just at a lower intensity. I believe in active rest and don’t see the value in letting your penis have the chance to “spring back to normal.” I believe it should be under stress to change as often as possible without risking injury. This is the tricky part- you have to listen to your body and discover your personal healthy balance.

My off days are usually just manual stretching for a moderate period of time (20 mins). Where as my training days are usually intense wet jelqing, intense stretching/bending and occasionally some clamping.

Just started again, another new measurement coming soon; I'm pretty close to that June '11 though.

Well put, Stallion. I’m curious to hear what other have to say on this subject too. Interestingly enough, it looks like both of us have very similar starting stats! It’s encouraging to see that in 2 months you’re already seeing some good gains.

Haha, yeah no question! You’re a little thicker, I’ve become a little longer. Here’s to demolishing those goals!

I am still fairly new to PE but figure since this is the newbie forum I can chime in :-)

I have been doing PE now for about 8 weeks. My routine is 5 days on and I then take 2 rest days. This works well for me since my weekends are usually super busy. During my rest days I have been doing absolutely no PE whatsoever. I have been very happy with my gains so far using this method.
