Decreased morning wood, not sure how to get it back

I’ve been off of PE for about a month and my morning wood still hasn’t come back. Anyone with suggestions how to get it back? Start PE’ing again, doing hot wraps every day? Thanks

Ok really, so you’ve been off of PE for a month and still no morning wood. Titleist has a good point about jerking off which I’ve seen the same thing happen to me. On the same train of thought how’s your EQ during the day or if you’re being stimulated by yourself/partner?

I know what you’re feeling, about a week and a half ago I had a period of insane night/morning wood but then it went away and I’m desperately searching for what I was doing trying to get it back again.

You could be overtraining. Overdoing the masturbation could be another thing.

I think it differs from person to person. For me more than once a day is pushing it.

I would say that if you have trouble achieving an erection, you are tired, or you don’t really want to masturbate that much but go ahead with it anyways, you are probably over-masturbating. It’s kind of hard to explain, but your body (or your penis) tells you these things if you know how to listen.

I’m pretty surprised that it hasn’t come back after 1 month, I slightly over trained so I took a week off which was plenty of time!

Maybe you should try these Yohimbe Bark pills there herbal and I’ve heard good things about them with morning wood and sex drive increase. It’s worth a shot there not expensive.

If you do try them let us know what there like and if the tree starts to grow again!

Are you taking any medicines, dbfinley?
