Decrease Fat Pad
I am very familiar with kinesiology and nutrition, so this question does not really pertain to that. Furthermore, I am very aware that you can’t “spot reduce.” Are there any other ways to decrease the size of the “fat pad”? Also, what BF percentage do I have to get at to the point where the difference between my BPEL and NBPEL are the same, or very close to the same? I realize that it is probably different with everyone, but there has to be some averages. I feel like I have extra penis that is waiting to be freed and I can’t stand keeping him locked up any longer! :P
