I am very familiar with kinesiology and nutrition, so this question does not really pertain to that. Furthermore, I am very aware that you can’t “spot reduce.” Are there any other ways to decrease the size of the “fat pad”? Also, what BF percentage do I have to get at to the point where the difference between my BPEL and NBPEL are the same, or very close to the same? I realize that it is probably different with everyone, but there has to be some averages. I feel like I have extra penis that is waiting to be freed and I can’t stand keeping him locked up any longer! :P


I’ve read in many different places that if you have 15 pounds to lose you could gain an additional .5” on your wang. I don’t know the truth in that but seeing as I want a six pack and you have to have 10% or lower to really get them to show I figure a gain because of weight loss is welcome.

I hope my fat pad can decrease to .25” or less. Seeing as I’ve never been at a extremely low body fat I can’t be sure but when I get my abs I’ll let you know. :D

Long-Term Goal: 10.25" BPEL and 6.5" EG ?

I’d say a body fat % around 6-8% would be low enough to reduce the fat pad and make a BPEL and NBPEL close to the same.
