How is your progress going? I read you whole thread and saw that you switched from doing a ton of work and seeing no gains to alot less and being in the gain zone. Have you gained?

Do you use heat as much as possible?

I never have done more than 12 min of jelqing or stretching and I have gained a bit.

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Honestly, no significant gain to mention. I’ve been using heat religiously and I can definitely see the difference while stretching. And I just “feel” that my girth is up a little bit. I have not measured yet since 2 months. I’ll be measuring this weekend.
Congratulations on your gains. Keep on doing which is working for you.
I have faith in PE but it gets a little disheartening not to see gains for this long.
But I am still being consistent.
My current routine:
10-15 mins of heat with rice sock
5 mins of stretching 6 days a week
20-30 wet jelqs twice a week

Lets see when my gains come.

Privacy issue. Its not feasible for me to use IR lamp.

And yes it is really a puzzle which I am not able to crack yet.

I measured last night. No measurable gains so far. But penis looks different, kind of healthy veiny and bigger but no gains on tape.

Any suggestions on my further course of action?
I am really not able to get it right it seems.
Its a little frustrating. Damn it.

Check out the Beurer IR lamp on Amazon. It’s really great and looks civilized. I keep it out in the open in the bathroom for “aches and pains” … I tilt the unit on its front side on the counter and do all of my stretching in front of it. (I also use it plus a heat pad for warmup)

Also us a hard ruler for length. It’s always gunna be a desperate struggle pushing for 1/16 of an inch… Then scrutinizing yourself whether or not you are imagining things… A soft tape will add alot of error in measurements and make things very unclear.

Not sure if you’re still at it, but after the longest time fiddling around with rice socks and wet cloths, I feel pretty unshakeable that the ultimate PE warm-up technique is to simply sit on the toilet and submerge your penis in a cup of warm-to-hot water. Takes about thirty seconds to be warmed all the way through, totally stealth, can be done in practically any private bathroom, and all you need is a cup.

You can also try cycling between Girth work or Length work. I focus on length work by hanging a couple months, and then I lower sets or quit hanging and start clamping and my girth explodes another 1/8” or so relatively fast. Then I restart the process.

Currently on my hanging break now and been clamping. I’ve gained 1/4” girth in a few weeks doing like this, and about 3/8” length as well.
