Deconditioning break confusion

I workout 3-4 days a week. I’ve been on 250mg of testosterone weekly.
My eating and other habits are typical which should be in place for a health conscious person.

It’s just an idea I have, never tried it myself until now: why not making a decon combined with a “wellness” routine.

On a daily base:
- 5min warm-up
- 5min very light massage of the taint and very light Firegoat rolls
- 5min warm down

Can be combined with a 5min Kegel training on a daily base done 1-2hrs before if after the wellness routine.

The idea behind is simply curing and softening tissue and helping blood flow.

Heat is often a solution, so please invlude it in your Newbie routine too :-)

I have got 2 more weeks of decon break.
Do you suggest off days in this routine?

I would say no, as it does not give any stimulation besides relaxation.

But still: it’s an unproven untested idea.

Yes. Understood.

By the way, I have read mixed views about performing kegels during decon break.
What is your view on it?
Logically, kegels would not be counter productive to decon break as we are just working PC muscles without any stimulation.

Absolutely right, my opinion is too that Kegels are different from any PE training as it’s “just” muscle training. So it does not interfere, in my view, with deconditioning.

I have one most important question friends. Once my decon break is over, it is recommended (and I had decided) to start with newbie routine. But after reading few threads on dorsal thickening here, I am wondering whether I should start with a routine which addresses my thick septum. I do not want to waste another 8 months to report back my lack of gains. I want to give it a well educated try this time. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

I am pumping one day then break for conditioning. I see if I pump everyday (like 5 times in a week) I started to loose my EQ. So one day on and one day off 3-4 times in a week is good for didn’t lose sexual life.

Suggestions please.

I am definitely going to use heat this time. In my last stint, I was not serious about using heat.
May be lack of heat is the cause of my lack of gains.
I am thinking of including fulcrum stretches in my routine.

How about a routine like below?
10 mins warm up with rice sock
5 mins manual fulcrum stretching
5 mins jelqing (3-5 seconds wet jelqs)
5 mins heat

2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off
2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off
And so on.

By the way, I have noticed that hair on my foreskin and mid shaft are grown significantly since I started PE. I always shave it but I have not during my decon break and now I can see they are grown to the extent which was not the case before I started PE. Does this mean that I was about to gain but I took break? Not sure if hair growth means actual growth in unit somehow. I am just trying to connect the dots.

Friends, just to report back my current situation after I started linear newbie routine post my 1 month decon break, I think I am in growth zone now. Just doing 10mins warm up and 30 wet jelqs. And I am getting morning woods everyday without fail. That never happened before. I am one happy man now. Thank you all for your guidance/suggestions and tips.

By the way, it is pretty clear to me now that I am less is more guy. :)

I would like to go with the best when it comes to devices. That being said there is alot of fluff in the PE market. And an extended shouldn’t cost as much as they do from American companies…give it a shot!
