Deconditioning break confusion

Currently on my hanging break now and been clamping. I’ve gained 1/4” girth in a few weeks doing like this, and about 3/8” length as well.

That’s an interesting routine. I had been doing super sets I hung and after my sets I’d clamp and/or pump nothing crazy just a short session. I did it for a few months but couldn’t take being immobile for hours I’ve done this a few times over the past 2 years. Your take is a bit different and it intrigues me.

Update: 16 days into decon break. No improvement in EQ, morning wood or flaccid hang so far. In fact, I have been turtling badly. But I’ll continue break for another 2 weeks. And then will resume PE with beginner routine.

I’ve observed one thing, whenever I have sex or masturbate, I get morning wood next day for sure. Otherwise, no significant morning wood.

That’s still a trend. Morning wood the next day is a beginning of more morning wood. It’s how I used to see morning wood. These days it’s pretty regular now though.

Also, noting another post you made…overtraining does not necessarily bring gains then plateau you. Often, it’s stalled gains and injury for a pattern. Just a note.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

If you have had no gains in 8mos, it’s game over. Something ain’t working; no reason to decon break since nothing is conditioned.

Conditioning occurs without gains, quite easily in fact. The level of work you do can toughen your penis quite easily without gains or with very little gains. I’m unsure where your basis for your statement comes from. It’s counterintuitive in fact, as being overconditioned by nature stalls gains for extended periods.

He has no gains, there is nothing happening. Gains, or expansion occurs as a result of the reduction of resistance, so as we condition the penis we are breaking down resistance which results in greater expansion. PE does not occur in a linear fashion, so everything is unpredictable and sporadic.

I am just saying that without results in 8mos, you aren’t accomplishing anything. So, your course of action should not be to cease all activity. Maybe figure out what is going wrong.? Most people have an inch in 8mos.

Him having no gains doesn’t mean he hasn’t done work. That’s patently ridiculous. An overdone routine won’t generate gains, regardless of tissue expansion. A common thing with new pumpers, they put in work and tissue gets good temporary expansion and no permanent gains. One example of many.

A lack of gains does not mean one has not overtrained. This is counterintuitive on its face. What may have gone wrong and frequently has gone wrong is training issues. Device driven routines, especially for Newbies, are commonly to blame.

However, your method of diagnosis and mine are different. And “most people have an inch in 8 months” is a pretty big stretch of the truth. So, I imagine we have differing viewpoints.

Thanks for checking and responding.
Any idea what could be the logic behind guaranteed morning wood after masturbation, but not guaranteed morning wood after regular PE?
This fact tells me that I am doing something positive to my penis when I masturbate.
May be the pressure I put while doing it.
I am unable to figure out.

I suspect this to be the case with me. When I began PE, in two weeks of jelqing and stretching, I was having real good erections. Not morning wood but when I was aroused, it used to be very good erection. But that quality did not remain for long. May be later I did exercise incorrectly. And conditioned myself quickly and gains just did not happen.

I took a break and during my break I would masturbate/have sex and my EQ would stay the same.

I took another break with no masturbation/sex and my EQ improved.

Also, PE itself is known to help EQ.

For some people it might keep it high while doing it, and that it might drop if the exercise is stopped.

This is right on the head.

I was that newbie that relied heavily on devices and I can say I didn’t gain an inch in 8 months. It’s just not how it works. I put in a ton of hours but my idea of using devices only, such as pumping and ADS limited me to temporary gains. After two plus years of mostly pumping with some hanging and later more manuals such as stretching and edging I’ve gained. But now I’m stalled and I’m taking a break. I have definitely over trained and if I kept a log like suggested someone would have pointed it out. If it was me, and it has been me, start over from scratch.

I honestly cannot tell you the logic behind that chain of events. I simply can share the I have experienced a very similar chain of events. The pattern started after my porn detoxification. Though it was more both PE and masturbation for me. Now I get wood on some mornings, regardless.

Your overall health will affect your morning wood, and your gains too. Are you eating right, getting enough sleep, stressed? Those are the 3 main reasons I don’t get morning wood.

Maybe you should try a lighter routine - I don’t think you said what your routine is - but PE shouldn’t hurt, in fact it works best when it feels good, in my experience.

Over-training would probably hinder gains. When I just started PE I overdid it for the first few months, and I saw no gains. But after taking a break and coming back, I got gains. So de-conditioning works. Don’t rush to start back again. And when you do start back, start light.

I agree deconditioning works.

One bit of advice that I didn’t see covered was Testosterone levels.

Having sex, lifting weights, eating healthy, quitting porn, stop drinking and drug use, quitting smoking, and acting fearless will all boost Testosterone levels.

I attribute my larger than average gains on doing all of these. Use your time off to reflect on the bad habits that you can change easily with the right mindset.

This only works if you are self aware. Learn, grow, and succeed bro

I’ve been working out since 10 years and my eating, sleeping and resting habits are good.

My PE so far included newbie routine for first 3 months.
Then eventually Stretching 20mins + Jelqing 15mins + Edging 20-25mins.
Kegels 10mins.

Yes I am going to start with newbie routine again and will see how it goes.
