Seems to me that jelqing really helps the overall health of the penis. One of the first things you should notice is better, and possibly more frequent erections. I didn’t start with nearly that many jelqs, and still don’t do that many today. That would take more time than I am able to spare and I have gained. I guess what I’m trying to say is, at least for me, it’s better to start doing something than to not do anything. Don’t think you have to do the newbie routine to the letter or you won’t gain anything. And most importantly, don’t try to do too much too soon.
