Dear Gurus,

I am new to this group but have been silently reading all the threads w.r.t Penis enlargement both in girth and length. I am getting married and have got only 2.5 months to do the maximum I could do to my toy.

My current flaccid girth is 3.5” and 4.5” while erect girth. Whereas the flaccid length is 3.1” and erect length is 5.1”. ( This is when I press the ruler to the pelvic bone).

Since I have been reading this forum from quiet sometime now, and reading all the trash on the internet and claims by dick hanging companies I came to a conclusion; that these supplements, capsules are all useless and a marketing gimmick to mint money. I have restored faith in exercise as this is something that can help to increase length and girth slowly but naturally. I have made up mind for 02 exercises

1. Jelqing

2. Manual Penis Pump

Now, I need genuine advise from the fellow members on how to effectively use both exercises as I want to mix-use both exercises; one in a morning time and one after office during night time. This is the help call, to all the experts here to enlighten me with the best advise they have.

I want to know how much time should be spent on each exercise daily. How should I start it?. Need to know the maximum vacuum to be created while using pump. I have started using penis pump but it was very painful and I could hardly wear it for 3 minutes.

Again I have succinctly got 2.5 month folks. Help me or let your fellow human die in utter shame!​

First of all, as you already know deep down, there ain’t nothin’ to be ashamed of. Development of your sex organ is, and should should be, a practice for your entire life time, so let me congratulate you on beginning the process.

Second, one can’t expect anything too monumental to happen in just two and half months. This shouldn’t be any sort of deterrent, rather, perhaps be grateful. Nothing truly worth having will ever be easy or quick. If you approach this process intelligently, you and her both will experience growth in very satisfying and long lasting ways.

There is plenty of good advice on this site about stretches and routines, but I would like to offer a different type of advice. Tell her what you are embarking on, and why. Explain to her that you want to achieve the highest level of health possible, physically, mentally and spiritually, and part of it is living up to your potential as a man and as her lover.

If she doubt’s the sanity of your proposed path in regards to pe (I would call it something else, franky, because that doesn’t really cut it. Something like “functional development” is probably better. 2.5 months is enough to get a solid start on what should take about 2 years to accomplish. You have nothing to be ashamed of. Swafffle said it best.

Is it an arranged marriage?

2.5 months won’t give permanent gains just better EQ, and you shouldn’t jump right into pumping.

Why only 2.5 months? What would you do with your paid for pump after 2.5 months? Why not tell her your feelings?

It has been 7 days roughly and I have explored something new about my unit not sure if it’s getting bigger or what.

1. I jelq for 15 minutes with 5 minutes of warm up at the night. I use virgin olive oil. Erection level is between 25% to 40% during the whole session
2. In morning, I pump for 7 minutes with bearable pressure and release do some 2 minutes of soft milking and re-pump for 7 minutes with a bit more pressure. Release and do 3 minutes of soft milking.

That’s my daily routine. My unit looks fluffy and good to myself. BUT..

I am unable to get strong or long erections. I used to get hard on one love bite from my girl but today, even after several bites, kisses and what not I couldn’t get a strong erection. Is it serious ?

Pumping for a beginner is stupid. All you will do is injure yourself, which it looks like you have. You said you read a lot but it is obvious you didn’t read enough. Pumping is safe after you have conditioned your penis which takes months. Okay so now you have to let it heal which could take weeks and means no PE whatsoever. Maybe since you have time on your hands from not doing PE you can go read so you won’t hurt yourself when you start again.

Before I got into PE or even knowing about this site, I tried the pump. I would do it for about 2-5 minutes and I also noticed my unit not getting hard. It looked plump and floppy. I would ditch the pump and start with the newbie routine. It has been good to me. I started close to where you are in measurements and I almost gained an inch. I don’t think it’s permanent gains it’s just better erection quality BUT it’s a good start for me and I have faith in the manual exercises. My 2 cents that it may be the pump since it happend to me in the past. Maybe the senior guys can reply.

Jimmybob thanks for the reply . I had always wondered what was up with my floppy unit after pumping LOL. I guess it confirms it that it’s the pump. This was years ago when I tried pumping. The newbie routine is working great . Maybe I’ll try the pump again after I stop seeing gains .

Your request for a three month change is akin to being able to bench press 325 lbs in three months with never lifting a with previously. t’s just not going to happen.

My recommendation is to take a few weeks off and then begin a great edging routine. Use this time to read and really understand that PE is a marathon and not a sprint.

It seems to me that while you are aware of the gimmicks; you still seem to think growth can happen in three months. Sorry, it just doesn’t happen that quickly.

Make a plan and stick too it after you heal and your erections return. Put away the pump for 5-6 months.

What should be my routine now onwards. Shall I completely stop PE for a week? Or should I only do soft jelqs 10 mins twice daily?

What part of stop all PE exercises until you heal did you miss? You are a prime example of someone who wants gains fast, which does not happen, and then end up injuring themselves for life.

Look maybe the whole wedding thing has got your brain a bit scrambled. The only noticeable thing that can happen with PE between now and your wedding is you getting injured. Why not forget all PE for now , get married, and come back and do it the right way instead of in a rush.

First off your not stupid, I pumped right out of the gates and I was completely fine. However your dick isn’t my dick, we’re all different people and we respond differently. The suggestion to all newbies is the newbie routine to condition yourself and also gain as much as possible with using your hands and maybe a few household items. I started out in the newbie device hell mainly because I found TP after I bought all these different devices.

Obviously your not responding well to the pump so stop for week, better yet stop until your erections are back to normal. After that do the newbie routine and max out everything you can from it. From there you can start pumping at a LOW hg lower then 5 for 10 mins and see from there how your dick handles it. Also make sure you use heat while pumping. Take the advice given or don’t it’s your dick. Good luck

Very well said; you have learned well. Now why exactly do you want to get married? Do you know why most married men don’t live as long as their wives? It’s because we don’t want to!!!!!!!
