Hey I know the newbie routine says to do 2 days on 1 off. Im feeling a bit more ambitious, do you think 6 on 1 off would be detrimental?

If you’re just starting out, stick to the newbie routine and go 2 on 1 off. More is not always better. Would you train at the gym for 2-3 hours if you felt like it when 45-60 minutes is sufficient?

Goal • 7.00''x5.75''

Well i’ve been peing for a long while, on and off though. would it be better to test it out first and readjust when I get a negative PI? So far I’ve done 3 days straight and feel fine.

Everyone’s different. If someone did, and I’m sure there are people who have/do have good results at that level, it doesn’t mean you will. Just watch you’re PIs and increase your workload accordingly. Generally it’s a good idea to work up to higher levels over weeks rather than days to avoid injury, but it’s up to you.

Why even go that way? Isn’t it more logical to start off slower and if the PIs are positive, keep doing that instead of starting off faster, getting negative PIs and then slowing down?

Hmm, well it depends from which point of view of logic. Your way is more safe i’d say, I’m considering doing it this way so that i know my own threshold of workload.

I find doing 2-3 days on and sometimes 1-4 days off is sufficient for me. The day I see no super hard morning wood I take that day off!


First Measurement November 1 2009: EBPL 7.5

Current Measurement June 1st 2010: EBPL 8.0

Short Term Goal: 8.5 inches || EBPL Long Term Goal:9 inches EBPL
