Day off

I am doing the newbie routine with some ADS devices. Should I use any ADS on my day off?

I wear mine on my days off and I have had good gains the last few months doing so.

If you use it on your day off, then you are not taking a day off. :) Try it to see how it works out for you. I am a pumper, and on my “off” days, I still pump, but at a reduced pressure.
