I Started PEing 2 weeks ago, following the instructions on this sight has really helped me. I have been stretching and Jelqing everyday, now up to about 30 min and 300 Jelqs. Should I take a day off for rest. Will I gain faster if I don’t take a day off.
The penis is growing on rest days so take not only one day off. You can go like this:
One day on/one day off
Two days on/one days off
Five days on/two days off
Or whatever you like but try to have AT LEAST 2 rest days
