Dang, something is happening
I’ll be damned. I seem to be doing something right.
Just found out about PE a little over a month ago. I did what one should never do. I checked out one of the spam mails in my Hotmail, and ended up at Penile Secrets (I beleive it was, but I’m not sure).
Reluctant to pay for it, did I do some Google’ing and stumbled over Tom Hubbard’s page, and before I knew it, was I here.
I used a couple of day’s reading about what to expect, excercises, pitfalls and so on before signing up.
I am currently doing something like this (pretty much the newbie routines):
5 min. warmup (wet wrap but considering 2 of those chemical thermal pads (those you boil, and activate by flicking a little piece of metal inside))
5 min. stretches (in different directions, focusing a bit on the downside (LOT=8))
10-15 min. Jelqing with the occasional ULI (perhaps slightly modified) and a modified Slinky Willy (bending while jelqing).
5 min. additional warmth.
Results so far:
Started just about july 1st 2004 at 13 cm NBPEL and 12 cm mid girth.
Had a week of on a bike vacation (mid july)(hard to press in some time and privacy for PE).
Back on a 3 days on/1 off schedule.
When going to the toilet do I do a few short stretches and a few dry jelq’s just to “pull” things out.
What can I say: It hangs much fuller when flaccid (well, so it seems).
My NBPEL has increased to 14 cm and girth is up to 13 cm.
All in all, I’m very positive so far. Curious how far it will go. The goal is probably something like 17-18 cm NBPEL and 15 cm girth.

In case you wonder about the screenname: I play golf and use steel shafts made by True Temper (DGS300 in a set of Mizuno MP30’s).
