I read the “Continuous Male Orgasm” and it gave me a lot of tips. I begin the stop & go technique, where you build up to orgasm 10 different times, and on the tenth you perform a reverse kegel. Well, this goes 2 ways with me. As soon I notice a indicator for me that I’m nearing orgasm, I stop, wait 30 seconds, and do that 10 times. What appears to happen is that I just masturbate 10 seconds, wait 30, and then masturbate 10. I never seem to get to a point where it would be helping me control my orgasm.
The other way it goes is that I get close to an orgasm, but nowhere near the PONR. I stop 30 seconds. For some reason, I’m struggling to not ejaculate even though I stopped and I’m not near the PONR. I maybe can do this 3-4 times, but for whatever reason, I can’t stop ejaculation. I perform a reverse kegel to completely stop ejaculation, but it doesn’t even seems like it works. I know that I’m doing it correctly because i practiced pissing hard in the bathroom. For some reason, as I try to piss and shit myself simultaneously to hold back ejacultion, my penis just starts “dancing”, where it bobs up and down, and I have a very weak orgasm. I become soft almost immediately.
This is basically really pissing me off. I can’t seem to get it right. Which of the 2 methods do I need to improve on, since I suck at both? I figure if I concentrate on one, I’ll be up to 30 minutes by the end of the year, which would be nice.
