I chose this forum because it seems most folks here are genuinely helpful and supportive when it comes to PE. That said, I’d like to introduce myself as a total rookie, though I am somewhat familiar with various types of PE and have practiced the Newbie routine several times. My hope is that - through such a cool resource and like-minded community - I will stick with an effective routine, post my results, and eventually join the ranks of the many “gainers” on this site.

Hopefully I’m not too old to start PE — I’m 32 and in good health. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and my stamina is decent (but I need to work on it). My Achilles heel is that I smoke weed several times a week. Just being honest. Now for my current stats..

BPEL - 7”
EG - 5”

My goal is without question 8X6. I realize I’m not totally lacking in length to start but I’d really like to bulk up the old soldier a bit because my 5-inch girth seems somewhat insubstantial - if I just had a little more meat to fill up my girl, things would be better.

Also — I already have a bit of turkey neck, thanks to a sub-par circumcision. My testicles have always hung pretty low - about 4 inches. I don’t mind too much but I’d like to control (if possible) the increase of turkey neck as I start my (Newbie) routine.

This is the routine I’ve started (began last night)..

5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch
10 min jelq
5 min hot wrap
5 min kegels (approx. 100-150)

That’s pretty much it. I welcome all feedback, advice, anything for encouragement - I suppose you can discourage me too, but it’s less fun.

Alright mate, welcome to the forum. :) That all looks savvy to me. Have regular experiments with the different exercise and the warm-up (i.e. more time, less time, etc.) and see what suits your feel.

You and I have the exact same starting stats. I’m a year and a half into this journey, though, and you can see how I’ve improved. I’ve tried many techniques and exercises over the time, and I’d encourage you to read my progress log. Unfortunately, it’s on that other PE site, but it’s very easy to find there. It’s stickied and what not. Anyway, if you don’t feel like doing that let me atleast give you some basic advice:

First off, be glad you’re already ahead of atleast 50% of the men out there in girth and more so in length. I’ve had the fortune of every sexual partner of mine liking my dick and telling me so. I hope you’ve had the same experience, but if not, don’t worry. She’s wrong.

As for a routine, continue with the newbie for atleast a couple months. You should get some relatively easy gains from this, but don’t half ass it still. Consistency is crucial for any PE routine. Once your penis is conditioned to this relatively mild stress, I’d recommend you look into hanging and clamping. These two exercises have given me the added intensity I needed to get past the newbie gains plateau. However, you must read, read, read first! Any PE exercise, especially hanging and clamping have risks of injury. Best of luck to you.

I will definitely check out your log - very motivational considering our matching starting stats. Funny though - I certainly don’t feel ‘ahead’ in terms of girth. What I wouldn’t give for another inch! As for your gains, congrats — very impressive in a year+half. Cheers.

Thanks for your post Fauxreal, I don’t get to visit this forum very often but it has done great things for me too! Started at 6.5” BPEL and now at 7.5”. Hopefully I’ll be able to hit 8x6 or 8x5 or 8x5.75 by July. Let’s hope we can both hit our goals!

The routine looks good; very basic and that’s good for a newbie; however, I recommend doubling the manual stretch to 10 minutes. 5 minutes is not enough. I like to count jelqs and do sets for stretches in seconds; I feel like I have more control; however, this is just my opinion.



Thanks for the advice.. I’ll plan on increasing my manual stretches starting next week. Just want to be cautious in my first week and ease into it. And yes - counting jelqs definitely helps! I find it keeps the reps consistent - no rep lasts under 3-4 seconds. Sounds weird but it feels more productive that way.

I like your attitude with regard to easing into it - I almost over did it in my third week. I totally agree on feeling more productive. Counting also helps to prevent horny thoughts thus mitigating or lessening to possibility of a full on erection. And besides, it there are interuptions, at least I know where I left off.

The big block of text is a chore to read. Maybe a paragraph requirement should be added to the other grammatical standards.
