Damn Glad to be Here
I chose this forum because it seems most folks here are genuinely helpful and supportive when it comes to PE. That said, I’d like to introduce myself as a total rookie, though I am somewhat familiar with various types of PE and have practiced the Newbie routine several times. My hope is that - through such a cool resource and like-minded community - I will stick with an effective routine, post my results, and eventually join the ranks of the many “gainers” on this site.
Hopefully I’m not too old to start PE — I’m 32 and in good health. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and my stamina is decent (but I need to work on it). My Achilles heel is that I smoke weed several times a week. Just being honest. Now for my current stats..

EG - 5”
My goal is without question 8X6. I realize I’m not totally lacking in length to start but I’d really like to bulk up the old soldier a bit because my 5-inch girth seems somewhat insubstantial - if I just had a little more meat to fill up my girl, things would be better.
Also — I already have a bit of turkey neck, thanks to a sub-par circumcision. My testicles have always hung pretty low - about 4 inches. I don’t mind too much but I’d like to control (if possible) the increase of turkey neck as I start my (Newbie) routine.
This is the routine I’ve started (began last night)..
5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch
10 min jelq
5 min hot wrap
5 min kegels (approx. 100-150)
That’s pretty much it. I welcome all feedback, advice, anything for encouragement - I suppose you can discourage me too, but it’s less fun.
