When I started PE back in March I saw a little amount of length gain in BPEL (but not NBPEL), but I was able to gain .5 in girth by cloth clamping. I had to stop for a few months due to overtraining but the .5 in gain is still there.
Try this:
Take an old sock and cut off the cuff with a pair of scissors. It should now look like a wrist band.
Heat up your penis for ten minutes with a heating pad (or use your leftover material to make a rice sock.)
Put your shaft through the cuff and bring it as close to the base as possible. (I recommend doing this while flaccid for the first few times.) Now tug on one end of the cuff, twist it once to form a loop, then bring the loop back up and over the shaft. Push the original loop and the second loop as much as you can into your base and wait.
The first thing you’ll notice is a feeling of soreness. Suddenly your shaft engorges (it helps to kegel) and it feels thicker than before. If you measure yourself you’ll probably notice an increase by .5 inches just by being clamped by the cuff.
After 5 minutes of doing this you can easily slide the cuff off and slowly revert back to normal size. Warm down after this is done because you’ll definitely be feeling sore.
When I originally did this I waited a few weeks and then I added this to my edging sessions and was able to keep it on for thirty minutes. I had actually gained more than .5 inches in just three months, and while clamped I saw an increase to 6 inches in girth. It was incredible!
But like I said I overtrained badly. Around mid June my new size was 5.6 in girth (bordering on 5.7) and my EQ was really high. But then I woke up on June 20th with a very low EQ. My girth decreased to 5.3, the shaft felt firm and the head wouldn’t expand, and I lost some of my original length too. It’s now October and I’m still recovering from whatever happened back in June. (I can usually only get the girth up to 5.5 without being clamped, but my EQ is still mediocre.)
So try this method if you’d like but don’t get too greedy like I did. If you end up gaining .3 - .5 inches after a few weeks stop immediately and do stuff like jelqing and stretching instead. You’ll definitely feel like nothing can go wrong but oh man does it ever go wrong.
