I am somewhat of a newbie! This is a question for anyone who has gained at least 1/2 inch in length. How long is your typical daily workout?

If you look FE Data site you will find so many persone who gained more than 2-3 inches. To gain 1/2 inch is depends on the person as I learn from the former and forum.
IMO you have to read a lot about PE and just follow the newbie routine. your gains will come with the time.

Just trying to get an Idea of how much time is actually being put in daily!

I am unable to workout consistently so for me I may do a 90 minute workout 1 day(including a lot of edging and heating,etc.) And then do a quick 10 minute shower routine the rest of the week. I think consistency is key and if you look through the forum you will see that many guys gained doing shower routines and piss pulls. If you are shooting for half inch gains I think you can definitely do it with a consistent 15 minute shower routine over a long period of time. If time is an issue you can always supplement with bed fowfers. I also try to incorporate an ADS into my routine so I am getting some PE in even though I am able to still do other stuff. Time has always been an issue for me but I’ve been able to modify my routine and still make gains. I’ve gained about 3/4” erect length over 18 months or so. About 1 inch in BPFSL over that time.

Sorry I missunderstood drwahi99 . I am actually performing PE 30 min. daily or a little bit up.

I started out with 10 minutes and slowly worked myself up to a half hour, now I’m up to an hour on a split routine.


Starting stats- BP 5x4.5 (2002) Current stats- PBEL 7.25x5.25 (2012) PE is a marathon, not a sprint!

Thanks all! I get about 15 minutes a day typically, but again if I can keep it consistent it may work for me!

5 mins of warmup, 5 mins of stretching, 10-15 minutes of jelqs, 10 minutes of clamping. Some days I add another session of clamping, which takes another 20 minutes.
