I’ve just recently started doing PE exercises and was wondering if stretching every daily is o.k. Or will result in over-training?

There are already many threads on this. We always ask that you search before starting a new thread.

If you have just started, follow the newbie routine, including all the rest days. Your penis grows between PE sessions, not while you are doing them.

For someone following a very specific length routine, with reduced jelqing and jelqing rest days, it is OK to stretch up to 6 days a week. However, this would not be ideal or give best results for a newbie.

Light fowfers would be OK 6 days a week, after your first 3 or 4 weeks. Learn to use the search button well, and use it to find out all about fowfers. :)
