Cut.

I don’t mean to gross anyone out, but I had a zipper accident and ended up with a small cut on the base of my shaft. Just a tip: Make sure you always wear underwear! :) I have been PEing since I found this forum 2 weeks ago and have already noticed a difference. I really do not want to have any kind of set backs. I just have one question:

What exercises can I do while this cut heals? Or do I need to stop completely?

Pressure builds up when doing exercises. IMHO? Let it heal first. So vaztw, zip it up for now but.. Do it carefully ;-)

DON’T exercises at all. Once, I was going to start a jelq session so I shave myself down there to have a good grip. after 20 or 30 jelqs, I looked down.

Man, it was scary sight. I cut my penis a very small cut while shaving, but didn’t notice it. But because of the pressure, this small cut turned into a blood path. eoh

It’s all good in the hood then! It is still pretty embarrassing, but I will allow the cut to heal before I continue. It just sucks that I have to stop. This web page has totally motivated me. Like I said, I’ve been PEing for about 2 weeks before this happened, and I can already see a difference. My erections are rock hard and stay longer, I can hold kegels twice as long as when I started. I’m digging this stuff, and appreciate all the help on here.

Well, don’t forget to read and read and read. That’s a key part of PE that doesn’t require hands on activity.
