I have a fairly large curve upward and slightly left, I lose around a 1/2” measuring length because of this curve. What is the most effective way to straighten it out?
Erect exercises? Or flaccid exercises

Would it be beneficial to my girth gains to keep the curve for a little while? (So as to create more tension pushing outward)

The best way I would say, would be to do lots of stretches FLACCID. I recommend Fowfers because it’s a good long lengthy stretch. GL
